This consultant will work as your personal “business partner” for the practice and will take the time to fully understand your immediate priorities and future goals, and then provide a tailored path to help you get there.
We know that performance monitoring can often seem overwhelming, which is why we work with you via monthly phone calls. Together we will measure your performance through a simple KPI tracker; breaking your next moves into manageable steps that will lead to tangible business outcomes. And don’t worry, you’ll stay completely in control of your business, and our consultants will be there for you to use as much, or as little, as you like.
Whether you’re an existing customer or just about to transition to EXACT software, our experts have you covered and will be there for you whenever you need. We work on a monthly basis for an entire year, and then filter down to less frequent consultative sessions once your practice performance is at a level you’re happy with – all at no extra cost.
