Following the success of our 2017 Business Insight Seminars, we are pleased to launch a new programme for 2018, covering the important topic of putting the patient experience at the heart of your practice.
Taking a look at your practice from a patients’ perspective, this seminar provides a thought-provoking insight into the impact your processes can have on your patients’ experience and the standard of care they receive. Using real-life scenarios to structure the session, attendees will be encouraged to think about each individual touchpoint that patients have with the practice and to evaluate how customer-centric their business really is.
This seminar qualifies for 1.5 hours of CPD with the following learning objectives:
- To understand the key touchpoints; when and how to communicate with patients both in and out of the practice
- To learn best practice in informing patients to help ensure they take up the treatment they need
- To understand how to evaluate a practice’s existing patient journey and set targets around it to encourage the entire practice team to follow a customer-centric workflow
These free evening seminars are already touring the country and will be in over 30 locations, ending in Milton Keynes on 27th November.
