Working From Home – Service as usual

We are striving to run our operations as close to normal as possible.  To ensure we can continue to support your practice(s) to the highest possible standard our teams are actioning our business continuity ‘work from home’ plan effective from 18th of March 2020. We are working hard to ensure this causes minimum disruption.

Events and Practice Development

Joining the effort to prevent the spreading of the infection as best we can, we have postponed our upcoming events (Practice Growth Workshops and User Days) up to, and inclusive of June. These events will be rescheduled for later in the year. Over the next few months we will be running a series of complimentary online webinars to continue our dedication of providing education on the business side of running a practice, along with our “what to do next” content.

Remote Access

As a result of the government’s decision regarding the outbreak, many practices will no longer be operating at the same capacity. We would like to ensure that your EXACT Software is accessible whilst you are not at the practice. We have introduced an option that will allow you access to the software remotely.
